XpressA Flight Safety & Flight Data Monitoring

Turn recorded aircraft data into events, trends, reports and reviewable safety intelligence.
Flight Safety & FDM
THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES

Large Volumes of Flight Data Need a Repeatable Review Process

Safety and flight operations teams need a repeatable way to process large volumes of flight data and identify deviations that deserve review. XpressA flight data monitoring software supports flight data analysis (FDA), flight data monitoring (FDM) and flight operational quality assurance (FOQA) workflows. It turns recorded data into parameter views, configured events, dashboards and reports.

BENEFITS

From Raw Flight Data to Events Your Safety Team Can Review

Automated processing

‍Process received flight data using configured aircraft data frames and analysis logic.

Event visibility

‍Review detected events with supporting parameters, trends and flight information.

Dashboards & reports

‍Give safety teams a consistent view of fleet performance and recurring deviations.

Flexible data sources

Use data recorded by the FDT WQAR (Wireless Quick Access Recorder) or supported third-party input workflows.

HOW IT WORKS

Inside the XpressA Flight Data Monitoring Workflow

  1. Flight data is received from the WQAR (uQAR), from uploaded files or from another agreed source.
  2. ArCon/XpressA converts and validates the data as required.
  3. XpressA applies the configured aircraft data frame and event logic.
  4. Authorized users review events, parameter curves, dashboards and reports.
TECHNICAL DETAILS

Cloud Access, XpressA Base and Contracted Modules

  • Cloud-based access for authorized users.
  • XpressA Base provides daily access to flight parameters, parameter curves, user templates and data-table export.
  • Additional analysis and reporting functions depend on the contracted XpressA modules and aircraft configuration.
Certifications & compatibility

Configured for Each Aircraft and Operator

Configuration is specific to each aircraft and operator. XpressA supports the operator's safety management process but does not replace the operator's regulatory, operational or engineering judgment.
